Want a custom configuration?

The MPS-100 Series pure linear DC regulated power supply is one of the core products of MATRIX in the DC power supply field, specially designed for scenarios with stringent requirements on power supply precision and stability. The full series covers two power ranges of 30V/5A/150W and 60V/3A/180W, and is divided into basic models and C models with communication functions, which can flexibly meet the usage needs of different users. In terms of precision performance, the series achieves a voltage resolution of 1mV and a current resolution of 0.1mA. At room temperature of 25℃, the setting and readback accuracy of voltage and current are controlled within an extremely low error range. The voltage ripple and noise are <5mVrms, and the current ripple and noise are <3mArms, which ensures the accuracy of precision testing from the core parameters. In terms of practical functions, the MPS-100 Series is equipped with a wealth of intelligent designs. First, it supports the List sequence output function, which can set up to 10 steps of sequences and 0-9999 cycles, meeting the needs of complex experiments such as dynamic testing and stepped power supply. Second, it is equipped with 9 groups of common parameter storage/recall functions. Third, it is equipped with an intelligent temperature-controlled fan that can automatically adjust the speed according to the actual load. In terms of safety protection, the product has a built-in triple comprehensive protection mechanism of over-voltage (OVP), over-current (OCP) and over-temperature (OTP). In terms of expansion and adaptability, the MPS-100C and MPS-101C models come standard with dual RS-232 and RS-485 communication interfaces, compatible with mainstream industrial protocols of SCPI and MODBUS, enabling remote control, data acquisition and intelligent system integration. Application Scenarios: R&D and testing of electronic components, Production inspection of industrial products, Teaching experiments, Scientific research experiments in laboratories, Equipment maintenance and debugging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.What are the core differences between the four models of the MPS-100 Series?

The core differences lie mainly in the output specifications and communication interfaces. MPS-100/100C are of 0-30V/0-5A/150W specification, and MPS-101/101C are of 0-60V/0-3A/180W specification. Among them, MPS-100C and MPS-101C come standard with dual RS-232 + RS-485 communication interfaces, while MPS-100 and MPS-101 are basic models without standard communication interfaces, which can be optionally equipped as required. The four models are consistent in size, weight, protection mechanisms and basic functions.

Q.What specific functions can the List sequence output function of this series of power supplies realize?

The List sequence output function supports setting up to 10 steps of voltage/current output sequences, and each step can customize parameters and duration. The number of cycles can be set from 0 to 9999 (0 for infinite cycles). It can realize dynamic output effects such as stepped power supply and pulse power supply, and is suitable for test scenarios that need to simulate different power supply working conditions, such as dynamic aging testing of electronic components and transient response testing of circuits.

Q.Does the MPS-100 Series support the global power grid voltage?

Yes, it does. This series of products adopts a wide voltage design of AC220V±10% or 110V±10% for the rated input voltage, which can be adapted to the power grid standards of most countries and regions around the world. It can be directly connected to the local power grid for use without an additional transformer.

Q.What does the 3-year warranty of the MPS-100 Series cover, and is man-made damage included in the warranty?

The 3-year official warranty covers hardware failures of the product itself, including the maintenance and replacement of original accessories such as core circuits, display screens, adjustment knobs and communication interfaces due to non-man-made damage. Failures caused by man-made damage (such as component burnout due to operational errors, body damage caused by physical collision, private disassembly and modification, etc.) and abnormal use (such as use beyond the rated voltage/current, use in harsh environments) are not included in the free warranty scope, and the manufacturer can provide paid maintenance services.
