
This series covers a frequency range of 10Hz to 30MHz (graded by model), with switchable output impedance of 25Ω/100Ω, paired with internal DC bias of -12V~+12V, adapting to diverse device characteristics. It supports meter mode (4 parameters displayed simultaneously), multi-step list testing (15 custom steps), and graphical analysis of frequency/level/bias scanning to intuitively present device characteristics. It has built-in 9-level sorting function and open/short/load calibration to ensure measurement accuracy. It has strong storage and expansion capabilities: internal storage for 100 groups of meter configurations and 50 groups of multi-step schemes; USB expansion supports FAT32 format, enabling data and image saving and software upgrade.
